LAPORAN AKSI NYATA MODUL 1.4 PENERAPAN BUDAYA POSITIF

Calon Guru Penggerak Angkatan 4 Kabupaten Sragen

1. Latar Belakang

Kesadaran dalam menerapkan disiplin positif di lingkungan SMAN 2 Sragen mayoritas masih berdasarkan motivasi ekstrinsik. Realisasi di lapangan masih menganut reward dan punishment. Komunikasi yang dibangun masih satu arah, peran atau kontrol guru hanya sebagai penghukum bagi murid, belum mencapai tahap manajer seperti kondisi ideal yang diharapkan.

Kondisi ideal dalam menanamkan sikap disiplin pada murid harus bermula dari kesadaran diri atau tumbuhnya motivasi intrinsik. Menanamkan Budaya positif di sekolah juga merupakan upaya untuk mewujudkan Profil Pelajar Pancasila. Upaya lain yang bisa dilakukan untuk menumbuhkan kesadaran murid menjadi pribadi yang berempati dan berbudaya disiplin positif adalah membangun komunikasi yang baik.

Oleh karena itu untuk mewujudkan hal tersebut, keyakinan kelas dan kampanye budaya positif 5 S dipilih sebagai salah satu upaya yang bisa dilakukan untuk menumbuhkan motivasi intrinsik mewujudkan disiplin positif di SMAN 2 Sragen.

2. Deskripsi Aksi Nyata

A. Tujuan Aksi nyata

Terwujudnya visi sekolah melalui budaya positif
Terbentuknya karakter disiplin yang kuat
Menumbuhkan dan menguatkan karakter positif melalui pembiasaan-pembiasaan positif.
Menumbuhkembangkan karakter profil pelajar pancasila yaitu pelajar sepanjang hayat yang memiliki kompetensi global dan berperilaku sesuai dengan nilai-nilai pancasila.

B. Tolok Ukur

Untuk mengetahui dan mengontrol sejauh mana kegiatan ini dilaksanakan serta terarah pada tujuan yang sudah ditetapkan, maka tolak ukur yang digunakan adalah sebagai berikut:

Terbentuknya keyakinan kelas sebagai landasan dalam memecahkan permasalahan yang ada di kelas. Keyakinan kelas ini dibentuk dan disepakati oleh murid dan wali kelas.
Konsistensi peserta didik (murid) dan wali kelas dalam menjalankan keyakinan kelas
Murid sudah menunjukkan menguatnya karakter positif seperti religius, disiplin, peduli, toleransi, gotong royong, dan bertanggung jawab pada proses pembelajaran, kegiatan di sekolah, maupun dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.
Membudayanya budaya positif 5S (Senyum, Sapa, Salam, Sopan dan Santun

C. Linimasa tindakan yang akan dilakukan:

Mengomunikasikan dengan pihak-pihak terkait, Kepala Sekolah, Wakil Kepala Sekolah dan semua warga SMAN 2 Sragen.
Sosialisasi Budaya positif 5S, berupa pembagian poster kepada seluruh warga di sekolah.
Membuat Keyakinan kelas dengan kelas XI MIPA 6.
Merefleksi kegiatan dalam rangka membudayakan kebiasaan positif di sekolah

D. Dukungan Yang dibutuhkan

Kepala Sekolah dan Rekan Sejawat
Orang tua / Komite
Murid
Sarana dan Prasarana
Media yang diperlukan

Dalam menciptakan budaya positif di sekolah dibutuhkan sinergi antarpemangku kepentingan di sekolah. Sehingga budaya positif tersebut dapat menjadi suatu kekuatan unuk menerapkan disiplin positif sekolah. Strategi yang saya lakukan untuk menanamkan budaya positif di sekolah adalah membuat keyakinan kelas dan kampanye budaya 5S (Senyum, Sapa, Salam, Sopan dan Santun) kepada seluruh warga sekolah.Strategi ini saya lakukan sebagai penguatan budaya positif yang sudah ada di sekolah kami, yaitu SMANDA SMART (Santun, Mandiri, Aktif, Religius, Tangguh). Budaya positif tersebut sering disosialisasikan dengan menggunakan sebagai jargon sekolah.

Langkah pertama dalam menyusun keyakinan kelas yaitu memberikan pertanyaan pemantik kepada murid, dari pertanyaan tersebut akan muncul harapan-harapan yang diimpikan murid dalam proses pembelajaran. Murid menuliskan keinginan / harapan untuk kelas yang diinginkan di dalam kertas yang sudah dibagi oleh guru kemudian menempelkan tulisannya di kertas yang sudah disediakan.Hasil tulisan dari semua murid menjadi draft keyakinan dan komitmen bersama. Murid merespon, guru sebagai kontrol kelas mengarahkan bagaimana agar keinginan-keinginan yang mereka tuangkan dalam kertas dapat terwujud.

Selain menyusun keyakinan kelas, tindakan untuk menanamkan budaya positif, saya melakukan kampanye budaya positif 5 S ( Senyum, Sapa, Salam, Sopan dan Santun). Dimulai dari mendesain poster untuk disebarluaskan kepada warga di sekolah, selanjutkan melakukan kampanye dengan membagikan poster. Poster berisi ajakan berbudaya positif 5 S dan manfaat yang bisa diambil dari budaya positif 5S tersebut

3. Hasil Aksi Nyata

Adapun hasil dari tindakan aksi nyata yang sudah dilakukan adalah :

Terbentuknya keyakinan kelas, yang sudah disepakati bersama dan akan dilaksanakan dengan sebaik-baiknya. Respon peserta didik tentu saja merasa senang dan apresiatif, mereka bersemangat melakukan perubahan sesuai keyakinan kelas. Bersemangat untuk menyepakati keyakinan karena motivasi intrinsik untuk menjadi lebih baik.
Menguatnya budaya positif 5S ( Senyum, Sapa, Salam, Sopan dan Santun) kepada semua warga sekolah.
Menguatnya karakter-karakter positif dari murid dan warga sekolah
Adanya poster keyakinan kelas yang dipajang di kelas –kelas
Poster Budaya positif 5 S di kelas-kelas

4. Pembelajaran yang didapat dari pelaksanaan

Pembelajaran yang didapatkan dari pelaksanaan tindakan aksi nyata dalam membangun budaya positif ini adaah :

Pentingnya membuat keyakinan kelas untuk menumbuhkan motivasi intrinsik pada diri murid.
Adanya dukungan dari berbagai pihak terkait sarana dan prasarana yang memadai dalam usaha membangun disiplin positif.
Semua warga yang terlibat sangat antusias menerima perubahan demi budaya positif yang ingin dicapai. Jika budaya positif terlaksana dengan baik, hal baik yang akan muncul adalah ditandai dengan kesadaran secara inrinsik dalam menerapkan budaya positif.

5. Rencana Perbaikan untuk pelaksanaan di masa mendatang

Aksi nyata ini akan diprogramkan secara berkelanjutan pada setiap awal tahun pelajaran. Kolaborasi antara guru dan murid dalam menyusun keyakinan kelas yang berpusat pada murid ini, berisi aspirasi semua peserta didik. Tahapan refleksi akhir semester akan dijadikan acuan pelaksanaan pembelajaran di semester berikutnya. Agenda kegiatan berikutnya adalah sharing dan kolaborasi antar guru mata pelajaran di SMA N 2 Sragen.

Kegiatan selanjutnya adalah menyosialisasikan budaya positif kepada semua pemangku kepentingan, pengimbaskan disiplin positif pada peserta didik, menampung aspirasi dari peserta didik. serta memberi apresiasi terhadap kemajuan dan perkembangan peserta didik atas pencapaiannya membudayakan budaya positif.

Perubahan yang akan dilakukan, mulai dari diri sendiri adalah berusaha untuk komitmen pada keyakinan kelas yang sudah disepakati, membiasakan diri dengan budaya 5 S, dan menerapkan kedisiplinan. Menerima dan memberikan aspirasi murid dalam menentukan daftar keyakinan kelas bersama. Melakukan refleksi bersama atas kesepakatan yang diberlakukan. Perubahan yang diharapkan akan dirasakan, mampu berempati kepada murid, karena lebih banyak mendengar daripada menginstruksikan, lebih banyak menerima aspirasi ketimbang arahan-arahan yang tidak efektif.
