Aksi sosial dilakukan para siswa SMAN 2 Sragen dengan menggalan dana bagi korban erupsi semeru. Penggalangan dana dilakukan di jalan umum.

Solopos.com, SRAGEN — Murid-murid SMAN 2 Sragen dalam tiga jam berhasil mengumpulkan donasi Rp11.091.400 untuk korban terdampak erupsi Gunung Semeru di Kabupaten Lumajang.

Waka Bidang Kesiswaan SMAN 2 Sragen, Sumaryanto, menjelaskan para pengurus Organisasi Siswa Intra Sekolah (OSIS), Palang Merah Remaja, dan Pramuka menginisiasi penggalangan dana tersebut.

Penggalangan dana dilakukan secara internal yang disalurkan kepada Musyawarah Kerja Kepala Sekolah (MKKS) dan eksternal sekolah, Kamis (9/12/2021), disalurkan kepada PMI Sragen.

“Kemarin dapat Rp11.091.400 dan hari ini akan diserahkan kepada PMI Sragen. Kami mendukung dan mendampingi anak-anak ke beberapa jalan mulai pukul 12.00-15.00 WIB,” kata dia, Jumat (10/12/2021).

Menurut dia, tim menyebar ke sejumlah persimpangan, antara lain persimpangan dekat Alun-alun Sragen, RSUD dr.Soehadi Prijonegoro Sragen, dan persimpangan dekat Kantor Dinas Kesehatan Sragen.

“Kami mengapresiasi upaya siswa sebagai pembentukan karakter dan menumbuhkan rasa empati kepada sesama yang mendapatkan cobaan terdampak erupsi Gunung Semeru,” jelasnya.
